Terms of Service

Effective date: 7 July 2026

These terms are the agreement between you and us for using Provestats. We have kept them as readable as we could — but they are still a contract. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

1. Who we are

Provestats (provestats.com) is a product operated by:

In these terms, "Provestats", "we", "us" and "our" mean Techedz. "You" means the person or business using the service.

2. The Service

Provestats lets affiliates prove their traffic statistics instead of screenshotting them. In short:

• You connect one or more affiliate-platform accounts (for example CellXpert, Affilka or RefferOn) through a read-only API connection.
• Provestats pulls two kinds of data from the platform: Reconciliation and Player Report data.
• You can share the resulting reports with third parties (typically operators) through view-only share links that you control.

We never write to your platform accounts, and we never modify the data the platform returns. Player rows in reports are anonymized: Provestats does not pull system player IDs, your tracking links, or your commission data.

3. Accounts & eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to use Provestats.
• Provestats is a tool for business and professional use — verifying affiliate traffic — not a consumer service.
• Signing up requires an email address, a Telegram handle and a password. Keep this information accurate: we use Telegram for support and alerts, and your email to reach you about your account.
• You are responsible for keeping your password and login credentials safe, and for everything that happens under your account. Tell us right away at info@techedz.com if you believe your account has been compromised.

4. Platform connections

• You may only connect platform accounts that you own or are authorized to manage. Connecting someone else's account without permission is a breach of these terms.
• Connections use read-only API credentials (API keys, tokens or similar). We store these credentials encrypted and use them only to pull Reconciliation and Player Report data.
• One platform account can only ever be linked to one Provestats account. This is deliberate — it is what makes shared stats trustworthy, because the same numbers cannot be pitched by two different people. Attempting to claim a platform account that belongs to another Provestats user may lead to suspension of your account. Ownership disputes are resolved manually through platform-side verification.
• The platforms themselves are outside our control. We are not responsible for the availability of their APIs, and a report may be delayed or unavailable when a platform is down or changes its API.

5. Share links

• Share links are view-only. Recipients can look at the report; they cannot edit it or connect through it.
• For every link you choose which fields it shows, when it expires (or whether it expires at all), and whether it is a one-time view that dies after being opened.
• You decide what to share and with whom — and you are responsible for those choices. Once a recipient can view a report, we cannot control what they do with the information they see.
• You can revoke a link at any time. Expired or revoked links stop working.
• We may disable share links that are used in violation of these terms.

6. Subscriptions & payment

• The Free tier costs €0 and includes 5 connected accounts, 6 months of history and 1 active share link.
• Paid tiers are billed monthly: Pro at €49/month (20 connected accounts, full data history, unlimited share links) and Scale at €89/month (100 connected accounts, priority sync, white-label reports), each with the limits and features described on our pricing page at the time you subscribe.
• The Agency tier is priced by custom agreement and is the only tier with unlimited connected accounts. Its terms, including pricing, are set out in the individual agreement between you and us.
• You can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep your paid features until then. Links you have already shared keep working until they expire.
• Payment is by card or Apple Pay (processed by Stripe) or by cryptocurrency (processed by BitPay). We do not store your full card details.
• We may change our prices, plans and plan limits at any time, with or without prior notice. Where reasonably practicable, we will announce changes by e-mail, Telegram or inside the service.
• For existing paid subscriptions, a price change takes effect from your next billing period. If you do not accept a change, cancel before it takes effect; continued use after a change takes effect means you accept it.
• Free tier limits and features may be changed, restricted or withdrawn at any time without notice.
• Prices are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise; VAT is added where applicable.

7. Partner program

• Partners receive a personal referral link in the form provestats.com/r/<id>. We track clicks on your link and registrations that come through it.
• Reward or credit mechanics for the partner program are rolling out and may be introduced, changed or withdrawn at our discretion. Tracking of clicks and registrations is not itself a promise of payment.
• No self-referrals, and no artificial traffic: bots, click farms, incentivized or misleading sign-ups, or registering accounts you control through your own link. We may remove referrals, withhold credit and suspend partner accounts involved in such activity.

8. Acceptable use

When using Provestats, you must not:

• attempt to falsify, manipulate or misrepresent the data shown in reports or share links;
• access, or try to access, accounts, connections or data that are not yours;
• interfere with the service — for example by probing, overloading or disrupting our systems, or circumventing link controls such as expiry or one-time view;
• resell, sublicense or commercially redistribute the service without our written consent; or
• use the service for anything unlawful.

9. Third-party platforms

CellXpert, Affilka, RefferOn, Income Access, MyAffiliates, NetRefer and the other platforms Provestats can connect to are independent companies. Their names and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Provestats is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any of them — we simply read data from their APIs with your authorization.

Your relationship with each platform is governed by that platform's own terms. It is your responsibility to make sure that connecting your account to Provestats is permitted under those terms.

10. Data & accuracy disclaimer

Reports reflect what the platform API returns at the time of the pull, and every report is stamped with its source platform and pull time. We do not alter source data — but we also cannot guarantee that the data a platform returns is accurate, complete or up to date. If a platform reports wrong numbers, Provestats will faithfully show those wrong numbers.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the extent permitted by law.

11. Intellectual property

Provestats — including its software, design, logo and content — belongs to Techedz or its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for its intended purpose while your account is active. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer or create derivative works from the service except where the law allows it despite this clause.

The statistics pulled from your platform accounts remain your data (or the platform's, as your agreement with them provides). We claim no ownership of them.

12. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for all claims arising out of or related to the service is capped at the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. If you are on the Free tier, that means our liability is limited to €0 except where the law says otherwise.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages — such as lost profits, lost deals, lost data or reputational harm — or for decisions third parties make based on reports you share.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Danish law, including liability for gross negligence, willful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

13. Suspension & termination

• You can stop using Provestats and close your account at any time.
• We may suspend or terminate your account if you materially breach these terms — for example by attempting to claim another user's platform account, using artificial referral traffic, or violating the acceptable-use rules — or if we are required to do so by law.
• Where reasonable, we will warn you and give you a chance to fix the problem first. For fraud or serious abuse we may suspend immediately.
• On termination, your platform connections are disconnected and your share links stop working. Sections that by their nature should survive (including liability, intellectual property and governing law) survive termination.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service evolves. For material changes we will give you reasonable advance notice — by email, Telegram or a notice in the service — before the new terms take effect. If you keep using Provestats after the effective date, the updated terms apply. If you do not agree with a change, close your account before it takes effect.

15. Governing law & venue

These terms are governed by Danish law, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms or the service that cannot be resolved amicably shall be brought before the courts of Copenhagen, Denmark, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
